This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is sure to please. Beautiful custom cabinets. Granite in kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds that sleeps 6. Best of all a private secluded pool with several outdoor showers, just because I love showering outdoors. :) 

The weather is fantastic, no need for a coat and pants even late into the evening.

The house comes equipped with 4 air conditioners as well as washer, dryer, dishwasher and many other items for your convenience, such as linens, towels, hair dryer, blender, slow cooker, rice cooker, microwave, coffee maker,  toaster, frying pans, TV, ceiling fans, alarm clock, a safe, lots of chairs and a table that sits outside under the comfort of a covered porch with a wonderful ceiling fan.

Outside you will love the large loungers by the pool as well as several other chairs complimented by a big patio umbrella. A BBQ is also provided at your request.

Guests will need to cook their own meals, no maid service unless requested for a fee, NO cable, there is a great TV with incredible reliable internet but NO CABLE TV.

Secure parking for your rental vehicle. There are 2 outside security systems to monitor the front gate and parking pad.

No Smoking inside of the house, please.
